Working with Mr. MacPherson has been top notch. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He thinks outside the box and is very knowledgeable. This Co. took over our HOA. This is the worst managed HOA I have ever witnessed on the planet. Unconscionably unreliable, unresponsive, unprofessional and will compromise your safety with out of control neighbors like they did ours, while you pay them to do a job. You will not regret working with Lewis. From the time we started the whole process, we knew all the information we needed to provide to get us the house we want. Such as price range, type of home, and especially location. Lewis is really easy to contact, and let me tell you, communicating with him was spot on. He made our dream come true TWICE now. Lewis spent many hours showing homes that struck my interest. He displayed good knowledge of things to consider when purchasing a home. He was very patient considering the number of homes, requirements and criticisms I had during my house search. His response time for showing a home was great, in some cases faster than I could prepare myself(I was looking in the Tacoma area). I’d certainly recommend Lewis as your realtor.
