Chrissy was great helping us find our home from start to finish. She made sure to keep in contact with us frequently and made herself available to fit our schedules, even around the holidays. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for representation by a realtor who is friendly and gets things done!
Chrissy was a great communicator and kept me informed and up to date on the status of my listed property. She was very resourceful when referring contactors for home repairs. She helped form a strategy on selling my property and provided me with suggestions when dealing with multiple offers. She was able to answer any wuestions I had and would communicate with her colleagues if she couldn't provide me with an immediate answer. I would recommend her to any home buyer or seller who wants to get the job done.
Lewis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were looking to buy our home. He helped me and my wife every step of the way. I highly recommend him to everyone who is looking to buy. 6/5 Stars.
I would recommend denny to all my friends and family. he is professional and very easy to get along with. He is not overbearing and pushy as some sales people are. just shows you houses and lets you make up your own mind.
Very personable and honest interactions. Impressive 30 point marketing plan that I believed attributed to the overall advertising exposure. No pressure and candid recommendations during the progression of the sale. Has many resources at hand to assist with any additional requirements to ensure the property was attractive to the market. Goes above and beyond for the needs of the customer. This was probably a more difficult sale but Denny worked in my best interests and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Rory is the mother rucking BOSS. Sorry guys, I’m keeping this PG for Rory! Before we had decided to actually pursue buying a home or had our pre-approval letter, we met Rory. He was quick to answer our questions, and was more than willing to give us time to think and look around at other agents. Honestly, we really didn’t bother looking at any other agents. Chrissy was a wonderful, energetic and helpful in finding our new home. She scoured many listings and showed us many houses as we decided on the features we were most interested in. Her negotiation skills allowed us to offset much of the costs associated with the purchase of the house. All in all, it was an experience that I would recommend for anyone listing or buying a house.
When we start looking for a house in Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area, we were thrilled at first and then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing and properties selling for way above asking price.
