Called to come in after i fainted, and was told to go to an emergency room for a CAT scan. Guess who doesn't need a CAT scan, and spent emergency room money to find out? After reading the other reviews the ER might have been the cheaper choice, but Meanwhile i sucked up time from people who were actually in an emergency.
Wait time is worse than actual E.R time
The women at this Urgent Care were so kind, helpful, and accommodating! I was passing through SLC on a road trip and had to stop for a treatment along the way. They made sure I was taken care of very quickly and finished my drive after!
I was only seen by a student nurse who just banged on my knee with a little hammer. She left the room and came back to tell me to go to the ER, why do the real doctors not conduct any examination? The staff is rude and useless. I suggest going somewhere that has employees that care. To the student nurse I suggest you go learn from competent doctors and staff. Hope this clinic closes that would be best for this city.
