Extremely slow, it took over an hour to do a simple drug test
Strep swab performed incorrectly by MA, PA spent about 60 seconds in the room with me, although I exhibited obvious signs of strep. Ended up having to go to my regular physician after my symptoms worsened which treated me empirically and I was healed. Seeing as strep can lead to rheumatic fever, and glomerulonephritis which this patient had a history of, I was not pleased. AKA would not recommend based upon my experience here.
Worst urgent care I have ever been to. Even though I was there 10 minutes after their opening time, I found their staff standing outside the building, waiting for someone to come and unlock the door. The office staff who checked me in was friendly. However, the tech who took me back to check my blood pressure and temperature seemed inexperienced to me and acted as if someone who is still in vocational school. Jen Fox was very quick and professional. The situation was complex, but she handled it with care and certainty. In and out it felt like. Thank you.
Pleasant place. Nice office. The front desk people are nice. Didnt really like the girls in the back rude and not very pleasant. No customer service skills like dont give dirty looks.
