We went here for a covid test and we were billed nearly $550. The director Johanna is one of the rudest ladies I have ever dealt with over the phone. My husband sat in his car and they billed for an office visit. This place is one of the reason health care in America is beyond a joke!
Nice people from the first person you get to through the doctor and as you leave. I had a problem onvery many years ago and the manager called me back and asked if she could help. I was impressed. She heard me out and said she would fit it. Cool!!
I got in and a reasonable amount of time, after you fill out some paperwork. The nurses are very friendly and they are quick getting you set up, for the Dr. Also the Dr. Was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone here made me feel comfortable and safe. Even when they stuck a huge needle in me! Haha I gave one of the nurses a hug goodbye because she was so helpful and put her effort into helping me.
This facility needs some real help! Awful customer service. Not caring or compassionate. Worry more about being on their cell phones than actually helping Patients. Medical assistant I had didn't care one bit looked at me as if I was an idiot. I will never come back to this awful and uncaring place. Will never be returning with a worker of mine and get treated this way they don't want my business for on the job injuries we will be going elsewhere.
