I reside in Brandon and was given the Riverview location after searching FirstLight Home Care. I wanted to find outif they offer transportation to and from provider for colonoscopy and the approximate price for the service. Conversed with an FirstLight agent through Chat. Told her my situation. At her request, I provided her with my zip code. She advised me their location doesn't provide services for my zip code, Brandon, FL. However their website shows otherwise. She immediately shut me down without further conversation.
My family has had a wonderful experience with FirstLight. The caregivers (Ameila, Raquel, and Molly) for my mother with dementia are attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to providing great care.
