As with most registry’s it’s more of a part time 2nd job , but has been enjoyable. I also love the owners kindness to the residents and their families, you can tell she truly cares .
RecommendedMy mother had a fall, then contracted pneumonia right at the start of the Coronavirus. With no notice at all, FirstLight was able to provide immediate and consistent care. The women who cared for her were patient and experienced. We were navigating home health care for the first time, and Wendy, Jamie were able to help us not only with that but with other eldercare issues as well for which I am very grateful.
RecommendedWhen my husband was on hospice (which was wonderful), I needed additional help so that I could keep him at home, rather than put him in a facility. Fortunately, I had heard about First Light Home Care of Temecula and called them. They came right away when I needed them and were reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional and made my job as my husband's caretaker easier. I highly recommend them.
I've done this twice now in hopes you save your family the unnecessary headache you will endure from having them care for a loved one. They were to provide care for my mother. Came and explained everything that would be done. the folks they hire are unable to follow simple instructions. One lady stole two hundred dollars from her. the sheriff's department told us they needed to do background checks on folks. trust me if you allow these creeps into your house you will regret it.
