This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to - including the clinics for specialists. Being new in the area, I thought the experience would be the same to other urgent care facilities, like Duke, UNC in particular, here in NC. The nurse was rude - didn’t mention her name, had an assistant to get my vitals and the assistant didn’t remember my weight and had to ask me for it. Very nice, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Verified insurance prior to visit. Doctor Tom was great. I would highly recommend this location.
The over reliance on NP is detrimental to patient care. Mercedes Morris is an NP who is condescending to patients. They think they are doctors with their ego and are gatekeepers to good treatment.
Allison Little is great with kids - I wish she was our pediatrician. The wait was long, but thats probably just because there was only one doc there.
