I wish I could give this place negative reviews the doctor shows up 2 hours late and had people waiting so instead of telling people that had 4 people waiting over 2 hours...
I have been in the Medical field for 30 years and can’t understand why the front desk can’t say Hello and their name and how can I help you . This is what we got at this urgent care clinic .. no hello “ no welcome . What is your Birthdate . Period . Nurse or PA was fine but we were one of two patients when we got there and waited over 2 hours for a steroid shot and prescription . Please have YOUR RECEPTIONIST DO BETTER .
Dr Little and her staff were amazing with my 11 year old non-verbal autistic child. Doctors appointments are never easy with her and I truly appreciate their kindness and understanding.
Excellent experience. Checked in, the two women at desk, Kayden and Natalie were very friendly, professional and efficient. I waited less than two minutes before I was taken back to a treatment room. A nurse (a man whose name I can’t remember) did a quick review of my symptoms, took my vitals and within a couple of minutes the PA, Brianna, came in and did a thorough exam. She ordered tests that were done immediately. Could not have been a more professional and streamlined experience.
