I had an excellent experience with First Bank. My rep was Karen Crissy. She is Terrific !! Let me explain. Crissy is so full of knowledge ( 20 yrs plus ) in the industry. She was so patient and easy to work with. Sometimes we would miss each others phone calls but she would always follow up and return my calls. I wish every bank had a Crissy on staff.
