We love our personal banker Debbie Raborn! She is helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
All the workers are very nice , and Debbie is super nice and helpful, I really appreciate what they helped me . If you really help , you definitely can depends on them.
Already gave this bank one star earlier, because they closed early on the Friday. I go here again to cash my check. And I get so much attitude from Lauren behind the counter. She was very rude, very disrespectful towards me, for no reason. The door to the lobby was locked at 4:50, but they close at 5 !!??
Alex and Avery went above and beyond in customer service to make sure that I was taken care of. Would highly recommend this branch for timely and exceptional service. (Ooltewah)
Our card got hacked and we were in a rush to drop off field trip money for our kid. We called the branch and they had everything ready with a new card before we even reached the branch location. Advice and beyond service. Thank you Holly
