RecommendedI recently had someone attempt to scam me. I went to First Volunteer in S Pittsburg and told them what was going on. Cindy Young and Susan Bodet knew exactly what to do and closed my account. The scammer wasn't successful and my money was safe. Thank you so much! I was so upset and even got a hug before I left! I highly recommend them.

I travel for a living. I spend close to 300 days a year, away from home. Every time I try to use my debit card outside of Tennessee, my card gets shut off, due to suspected fraudulent activity. I don’t get a call first, it just gets shut off, and I get a call after that happens, to verify whether the transactions were made by me, or not. All of this is necessary, I guess. I can't activate my card. i'm stuck without my money until at least Monday. Yes I can go to the bank and get cash out Saturday morning, but nobody there will be able to activate my card. This is not the way to instill confidence in your customers.
The service is wonderful! All of the staff are always very professional and know exactly how to help clients. The best part is they make the service so good that it almost feels like you are the only client they have! The absolute best!

The Jellico staff are awesome and do what ever they can to help. I’ve had problems with charges I did not make 2 different times. The first time they told me 10 days, but it was three months. Now I’m waiting on the same thing. Charges I did not make. Had my card changed as soon as we realized it. So I’m still waiting on the other dispute. It’s been over 10 days, I just pray it doesn’t take as long as the other.
