When we bought my home, there were some issues that they did take care of. Upon final possession the house was a mess. About 500 dead flies on the windows throughout. Now 18 years later, trying to get warranty on products we purchased extra for, Joe has been no help and lied about what extras are really about. Very disappointing.
I bought a home from Firstview at westbrook. Signed 2022, built 2022; my experience with this builder(Joe) has been overall, amazing. We purchased a semi detached last year from First View Homes. When we first went to meet with the builder Joe, he was the sweetest and most friendly guy I had ever met! He answered all of our million questions (our first time buying a new build) and didn’t even hesitate to give us his phone number so we can call him with more questions.
