Thank you so much for treating me as if I were your family member. The ER staff were amazing and I could tell they truly cared. After I was admitted, everyone upstairs was also just as caring. The bedside manner that all of the staff had went above and beyond my expectations.
While staff is mostly nice, timing and attentiveness is less than average. I was visiting a friend and ER entrance was the only option in, we waited in the ER waiting room for 15 mins no staff was around at all. We yelled through check in window and still nobody around at all. Although we did not have an emergency and we were just trying to check in to see a friend, the fact that there was not one single staff member around in the ER entrance is frightening.
