We had a wonderful experience. I took My husband to the ER on Monday night and they did everything to determine what was wrong with him. (Chest X-ray, CT Scan, Ultrasound) Come to find out he had a mulititude of issues and the biggest one was that he ended up getting his gallbladder removed. All the nurses doctors and overall staff were amazing. I have gone to several different ER’s over the years for when my husband has been sick and none of them ever checked him like First Texas Hospital. I will go there as much as I can. ... read more

My grandmother got transferred to the hospital from the Frist choice emergency room. Normally we go to Methodist, but all the rooms were taken.. We were hesitant on going here because of some of the bad reviews. I know everyone has their own opinion and every experience is different. We got lucky, because everyone was so wonderful! I loved the care my grandmother received. We also loved all the nurses! We will definitely be using this hospital in the near future if need be. Bonus was her doctor (Dr. Hanif) is the Critical Ca... read more

The facility I went to was a stand alone ER clinic. Took my insurance information and charged me my co pay. They performed a CT Scan. I had acute appendicitis. Sent me by ambulance (a $1691.77 bill) to Methodist hospital. After the fact, I got an EOB from my insurance and they billed $17,342.02 for the facility and a $1896.38 bill for the physician. DO NOT use First Texas Clinics. They rip you off after all is said and done.

I seem to be having similar difficulties as some reviewers on Google with getting a billing problem resolved. The 3rd party billing company listed on the bill was completely unhelpful, and couldn't even tell me which location my employee had visited. I stopped in the location where my employee had been for a small cut. They weighed her, took vitals, and wrote a prescription, then sent me a bill for $2100. Our small animal vet clinic needs this service regularly for small cuts and scrapes, and we'd like to build a relationshi... read more

45 minutes in the waiting room, a quick look by one of their physicians and an application of a band aid (yes, the same one you can get at Walgreens). The bill: $ 1,000. STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS ELSEWHERE!!!
