RecommendedI am forever grateful for the staff at First Texas Hospital. I went to the emergency room a week ago with debilitating abdominal and back pain. They immediately greeted me at the check in station and a very kind nurse tried to calm me down while my husband checked me in. They immediately took me to to a private room and within 30 minutes they had my pain controlled and were taking me in for a CT scan. This place is horrible. They will steal your money! Brought my infant daughter here 6 months ago. We paid $464 on a credit card. They then billed the insurance company and got paid in full by our insurance. Once they were paid by the insurance company I was told they would refund the charge to my credit card. It has been four months now since my insurance has paid them. When I contact them to inquire about when I can expect my refund I get the run around. waiting on refund for two months and keep getting promises but no action. this after their system would not approve my ins
we took our 2 yr old because he was having trouble breathing. These Fools said nothing was wrong it was a virus. Well Dumbasses We went straight to TCH and now my son is in the ICU. This place needs to be closed. If your not going to give proper care you don't beed to be working
