RecommendedWe bought a 2019 Ascent from Russ (Sales Associate) and Mike (Manager), plus all the others who helped in the process but I don’t remember their name. The process was great, they were never pushy. Let us take our time, even bring the family out multiple times and go for an extended test drive. The pricing was fair to good, I probably could have saved a few hundred more cross shopping, or traveling out of state. But I felt good about the process and the people, and that goes a long way. I really enjoyed my experience here at First Team! I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and I’m very much in love with it. They have an amazing staff but I highly recommend going to see Karen Wiseman, Bill Scott, and Cory Campbell. They are very helpful and will get the job done in making you a happy car owner!

Called and came in due to my ABS light being on. They worked me in (and quickly!) even though I offered to come back later. I couldn’t get to Target as planned, but between that and honoring my warranty even though I was a wee bit expired, they saved me a good chunk of change this morning! Always a nice group of folks - I am Subaru for life!

Just purchased a brand new 2018 Subaru WRX on Thursday. I could not of enjoyed the experience any more for my first time NEW car purchase. If anyone is in the market for a new car, go see Phillip Scott at First Team. Phillip helped me out tremendously. Phillip is the person to go to if you are looking for a new car hands down. Next time I need a car, he will be the only person I will call or suggest to any of my friends/family to go to.

Came in today, ready to buy a new Crosstrek. Was ignored for the first 10 minutes I was there, then when I asked the salesperson for help, he kept walking and said he was with another customer. I decided to leave, and as we were getting into our car, another salesperson asked if we needed help. We said no thank you, I was pretty upset with the treatment. The vague response was “sorry”. I’ll be driving to Christiansburg to buy my new car!
