Service and minor repair under warranty and I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Impressed!
Found ourselves in need of some urgent work on a trip from Charlotte to NY. Got over to First Team, explained our situation, and Eric Horn took over. Such great service! Worked with Jason over the course of almost 2 weeks to get the perfect deal worked out for a 2019 legacy. Very patient and worked hard to advocate for me. First time subaru buyer and already in love. I would highly recommend Jason and the rest of the team if you are in the market for a new car.
I bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from First Team. Kyle Taylor helped us out and made sure we were 100% informed and educated on our new vehicle. We were able to do some of the paperwork online prior to our appt and were in and out in under an hour. Will definitely be returning!
