The team was amazing and made me feel very comfortable for my procedure.
Drove 2 hours round trip for my 75-year-old father's procedure, only to wait 4 hours and be sent home because labs were required that no one told us about. No pre-appointment call, nothing on MyChart: zero communication. Five days earlier they called us to prep for a different procedure, so it seemed they knew the process. However, once I reached out to file a complaint, Angelique was incredibly responsive, empathetic and immediately acknowledged the error. Overall a great experience for my endoscopy. Even though they do multiple procedures like others, it's not crowded and the staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommended.
Went in for a colonoscopy. staff was great friendly and informative. it was quick and easy. definitely recommend
Quick everyone was nice. Great nurses and anesthesiologist shilonda was so sweet.
