RecommendedBest Chiropractor Ever! Dr James Fowler and his team is awesome never see so kind people together in a business before. They are also very professional and knowledgeable in their job. I’ve got the decompression treatment and it helped me very much. I couldn’t even walk but after 4-5 session I was better. Highly recommend to people with herniated disc’s.

The staff and doctors are warm and welcoming on every visit. It's like they never have a bad day. The atmosphere is family friendly. Not to mention they know their stuff. They are what I would like to call miracle workers. Dr. Fowler, Dr. Martinez and Dr. Espinosa took a hands on approach in both mine and my mother's case. Great place and excellent staff.
So family friendly! My kids hang out in the front lobby, or in a private room where I get adjusted. They even have nutrition and fitness tips online and on the TV. Easy in and out. love Doc Davisson.
These are great professionals with friendly smiling faces. Offering great care and service. I started my treatment 2 1/2 weeks ago and the quality of my life has improved greatly in such a short time under their care. I recommend 100% First Step Chiropractic in Rowlett, Texas!
