Saw Dr. Straight and he didn't explain everything properly. Had to ask questions to get some details on what was happening. Even the treatment plan wasn't clear, rather then telling me what needs to be done or what he recommends, he said its all up to you what you want to do? I made a specialist appointment (super expensive) just to be told little to no info on whats going on or whats causing the pain or what to do. I did not feel satisfied. Still in pain.
A good friend recommended Emma Kaplan for my shoulder pain and I'm very happy that she did. Emma has excellent patient skills, diagnosing my shoulder problem, and quickly giving me options on how to treat the issue. Emma is an excellent provider and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her .
The entire team including Jen and Nick were excellent, informed and addressed all of my questions and concerns about my upcoming operation!
