Quentin quickly walked me through the process making the paperwork exchange as easy as could be. Very responsive to my calls and questions. At every interaction he acted as though he wanted my business. Absolute pleasure.
My wife and I have worked with Ryan for the last several years as we were purchasing our land and building our retirement home on the property. He has communicated in a timely and accurate manner during the process, and was always very responsive when we needed to talk with him. I would highly recommend this great team! Their communication was great and they were very easy to work with. I didn’t know much about buying land but they guided me through the process seamlessly and with great knowledge.
I would highly suggest not coming to this bank for any land loans. They will run your credit multiple times, haggle around and not give you an answer for a month, and calculate cost of living into your dti. We financed a track a year ago with them and it went smooth. I guess high turnover of loan officers is not doing good things. The communication was the worst of it all. We obtained a construction loan quicker than getting a land loan approval.
