I would highly recommend this great team! Their communication was great and they were very easy to work with. I didn’t know much about buying land but they guided me through the process seamlessly and with great knowledge.
I would highly suggest not coming to this bank for any land loans. They will run your credit multiple times, haggle around and not give you an answer for a month, and calculate cost of living into your dti. We financed a track a year ago with them and it went smooth. I guess high turnover of loan officers is not doing good things. The communication was the worst of it all. We obtained a construction loan quicker than getting a land loan approval.
