Tried to take my daughter to open her first bank account. First got told she needed a birth cert....nys ID card and ss not enough for ID. Ok....get home grab the birth certificate got to the bank, only to be told it was too late in the day....20 minutes before closing. Sorry folks...come next week. Well, we all have to work!!! I told everyone today on your web site . This Credit Union Bank is Greattttttt! They always have smiles on their faces. The tellers and loan officers can't help you enough. They are always asking about my family and if everything is going good. After a while you almost think of them as family , they make you feel at home during the time your there.

Every single employee is outgoing, friendly, helpful, kind, no one has ever said "I don't know", it's a beautiful location, everyone says hello with a smile, they have contacted me to lower my interest on a loan.
