I tried for an auto loan to get another vehicle and everything sounded positive. I have good credit and was informed that I qualify for a good rate. The information was sent to the underwriters and they denied it saying I've taken on too much. I wouldn't be trying for this if I didn't think I could do it. Very poor service in my opinion. Plus they did a credit check to tell me what I qualify for which puts a hit on my credit rating. Extremely unhappy with this bank. Always get a hassel from these guys. Tried getting my credit card turned back on and they are unable to do it. Can not wait until my loan is paid off so i can drop this account
The new web site is bad id and passwords evidently wiped. I got one account straightened out took a half hour. Second account is lost online i can't speak so is hard when I ask for ID or password I don't get the setup emails got them on the first account but not on the second or third.
Awful service.Gave me a really hard time. Do not recommend. Literally go anywhere else!!
