We have been members for over 30 years and have always been pleased. My most recent transaction for a vehicle purchase was so horrible I will be changing all of our accounts to NBT. I've never dealt with this level of apathy and incompetence. I stood at the information desk at the New Hartford branch for 10 minutes while the assistant attempted to contact someone in loans on the phone. I have had an auto Loan with first source since 2015 . I recently received daily harassing phone calls over .97 cents. After finally getting fed up and letting the harasser have it. You guys ding my credit over 100 points for NINETY SEVEN CENTS. As a small biz owner and someone you guys have always worked with and helped out I am beyond disgusted . Thank you first source .
I have been a member since the early 1960's, and even though I left the area, I continue my membership because of easy access to accounts and friendly personnel who are always helpful.
I love First Source, I really do, but I just don’t understand why they are unable to print you new or even replacement debit cards on site. I’m not sure exactly what goes into having something like that, but I do know that some banks have the capability. Why not First Source? One of the ATM’s froze with my card in the card holder part, and I couldnt get it out. Im generally very happy with this credit union but what is going on with your online banking right now?? I can't register my account, and even the automated phone system isn't recognizing my account number. I can't check my balance or anything it's very frustrating.
one of the worse banks to go with....Definitely do not go to Herkimer branch...The loan specialist was rude....the underwriting department asks too many questions, which some questions are just none of their business.....been three days of give me this or that now this and this get your act together! Must be a bunch of.....
I started with First Source when my parents had their accounts with them and were extremely satisfied. I since have been a customer myself for about ten yrs now and wouldn't trade them for any offer that might come my way. The staff are courteous, friendly people, and go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you First Source
