The staff here are amazing! Everybody is very nice and knowledgeable. The facility and waiting room are top-notch. We have four kids and they all love coming here
My two young kids aren’t the easiest to handle and this appointment was far better than I could have imagined. Excellent customer service. The Dentist was extremely conscientious and seemed super knowledgeable and competent. We were in and out within a 30 minute time frame. My kids went home happy with a new toothbrush and small toy. We will be back.
Friendly front staff and back end support. They are great with children and the Dr. Is kind as well as knowledgeable. Really took the time to answer any concerns i had for my kiddo and help for future healthy smiling to continue! :)
I just tried this dentist for the first time. I really disliked their dentist. I disliked waiting for 30+ days for a treatment appt when my kids were in pain. This dentist saw us very quickly for our first appt and my son has a treatment appt before a 30 day period! The office staff and dental assistants were also so nice and welcoming. I didn’t get that feeling at my kids old dentist. I’m so glad my friend referred me here!
Great staff up front; amazing dental hygienist; Dr was kind, thorough, explained everything clearly & easily and we didn’t feel rushed with his time at all. The front office has video games & each dental chair has a TV w/Netflix movie choices for the kids (obvious wins for my 7 yr old). We’ll definitely be returning!
This is the 3rd time my daughter has been to First Smile, the first time being when we was 13 months old. Dr Marfatia and his staff are super friendly and do their utmost to make our daughter feel comfortable. The first 2 times she cried because she was young; the second time she cried less. This time, at almost 2.5 years old, she didn't cry at all! My husband took her this time, and she let Dr Marfatia look at her teeth and scrape the tartar off her teeth while she happily watched Veggie Tales in the dentist chair. The hygi... read more
