Been with them about 4 years. Excellent service. There are cheaper services available, but their local presence and great telephone service, (not just in this state/country, but in this "neighborhood"), is welcome.

I recently changed my monitoring system to first response. So far I am impressed with the system, it functionality and ease of use. I especially enjoy not having to run to my alarm panel when I get in the door since I have a Keychain remote. Also, the two way voice is nice. Hopefully I won't need it to activate but if response is as good as the equipment, I am pleased.
Once again I received exceptional and excellent service from my technician Gabe when he came out to service my system. Way to go Gabe, First Response is lucky to have you!
First Response has managed our security for Curves for 8 years. We recently changed a sensor location and changed our codes. The service person was on-time, courteous and done in 20 minutes. A few years ago, our one "alarm" was handled quickly and efficiently. We recommend them.
We really liked these guys until we moved to a rental (purchasing again in the spring). Then we were told that two guys would do the transfer of our equipment for around $200 or so. One guy came, and a month later we get a charge for $400+. We've been back and forth with them and had little success negotiating at all. They finally offered a free month (a $35 credit), but that's not really a lot considering the difference.
