First Response has friendly knowledgeable staff. They are easy to work with and great customer service.
Everyone that I have had contact with at first response has provided exceptional service. Logan and Amber have been lifesavers and even helped me with setting up the app on my new phone. Can’t say enough about First Response. I sleep better knowing my family is safe.

We were having some fault issues and Corey Clawson came this morning and did such a thorough job checking all of our connections, batteries and motherboard so that is fulling speaking to each other. He did not try to up-sell me anything and was extremely polite and careful around the house. Always happy with this company. Highly recommend.

First Response installed our security system this morning. The tech was Logan McQueen and he did an incredible job. Logan went above and beyond and even helped install a new lock for one of our doors. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks again Logan!
