This was a five star experience from start to finish. These guys really took as much off my plate as possible. Anybody could have sold this property as-is, but they made excellent improvements in a quick and efficient manner. They maximized the resale value while minimizing the time it was on my books and then listed. I was very surprised it ended up moving as quick as it did. It felt seamless from end to end. I highly recommend FPS and would not hesitate to use them a second time!
