I've dealt with numerous property management companies in Tallahassee and this company takes advantage of the college student market base. They lie, make false promises and speak to you like you're an idiot, which is something that I hate when dealing with my landlord or lady. I will never, ever, rent from them again . I have been a renter for years and have never been treated more poorly . My property manager could never give me a straight answer about any issue i had and I had me going through hoops for HER. This company is awful to deal with. The managers are rude and will tell you any lies you want to hear to get you to sign a lease. They will not deliver on the terms of the lease and will try to take your money for anything that they can. The maintenance is awful. Last summer in August I had no air for two weeks because maintenance never came. Then I had a broken shower for a week and was told that there was nothing that they can do. They are unreasonable and awful to deal with. Do not deal with these people if possible.
