This buisness is taking advantage of college students and individuals with low income. My roommates and I rented from this company for a year. The issues came when our lease was up and it was time to get our security deposit back. It took us over 2 months (77 days exactly) to get the deposit back. First Property Management not only made a mistake on the return check which made it impossible to cash but they also took days/weeks to answer our emails.
