Horrible experience. I kept asking for an estimate and was repeatedly told they could not give a full estimate until they got on my roof and started tearing off the old shingles to determine how bad my decking was. I explained what my insurance deductible was and that I could not afford to pay that much. They supposedly tried to finagle numbers around so that I would only have to pay around one-half of my deductible.
