Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple... read more

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
