What a joke of a place. I have been dealing with them for almost a year now over them not getting paid. I am a fully disabled US veteran who receives my health care from the va but had to go outside for a health issue on 2 different date. The hospital has been paid but they have not. This is not because of me. It is because they are incompetent at their jobs. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was hung up on twice, the first time may have been an accident as they called me back, but the number called from was flagged as a high likelihood of a scam. Of their 4 departmental options, 3 of them end the call. Customer service representatives and management intentionally misgendered me after I corrected them 3 times (and they allegedly had my medical information) and went as far as to lie and tell me they could not provide their company address as it would violate HIPPA laws.
