My finace and I got engaged 2 days ago and I needed the ring resized. I called FPJ to see if they would resize a ring that wasn't purchased there and they said yes. We went in yesterday 6/23 in the afternoon and they were so friendly and ready to help! They asked questions and seemed genuinely excited about the engagement and complimented the ring more than once. I've meant to write this review for a while now, since First People's Jewelers saved my butt last week. I called them while pretty distraught that the main stone in my engagement ring had popped out (weakened setting/head from two generations of wear before me) and we'd planned engagement photos that were set 2 days from this happening. First People's Jewelers set me up with a temporary repair and had me bring the ring back in afterward as they needed to order the proper setting for it! Best fine jewlery store in town! Frank worked with my fiance to custom design the most beautiful engagment ring! Since then we have gone back and we both had a great time custom designing our wedding bands. We wouldn't trust such an important purchase with anyone else!

First People's has done repair work and original work for me. They were great and the work was amazing. I would not go anywhere else for repairs or purchases.
After a “big name” jeweler lost my beloved engagement/wedding/push present rings, we decided to pick a small jewelry store to purchase our replacements. Our expectations were exceeded and I now have 4 beautiful rings on my finger. We received fantastic service and an even better deal. The communication was amazing and we were given updates constantly. I will continue to recommended First Peoples Jewelers to everyone I know!
Paid a lot of money for a custom setting with a family inherited stone. Stone came out twice and I was so lucky to find it. I will never trust them again.
