I would highly recommend First People's Jewelry store in Denton, Tx. Frank (the owner) and his staff have some of the most unique jewelry and create amazing custom pieces. He has always been lower priced and has higher quality compared to your department stores or chains. Don't fall for the 50-60-70% off scams that they have at the mall. Great store, great jewelers, and friendly staff!!
