I highly recommend first option! They did everything digital which made it very easy to complete everything... I will be back in 30 years haha!
Did what another lender said wasn’t possible. Not by stretching or bending any rules, but by finding something the other lender obviously missed in my finances. Also helped with my student loan issue by having a conference call with them. Last but not least Joey had to even leave the closing office to go back to his office to prove we had filled out a document that was thought to have been missing. He really went above and beyond on all of things!
