We had water damage from a burst pipe. TD recommended them as a Certified Vendor. Initially, communication was great. Our project lead was responsive and helpful but there was miscommunication between them and TD. Once the work started is where things really went south. We had a few things to be moved out of our basement, which included a new, very expensive handmade dresser. We trusted the Contents team to move everything safely and return it in the same state. Emergency response team came quickly to assess damage. Follow up happened equally as quickly team came in and removed damage building materials from flood and cleaned and dehumidifier area. Very professional and courteous.

I was introduced to First OnSite via our house insurance provider for a water leak into our kitchen. They visited on a Saturday, sent a contract on Sunday (while the project manager, Jason, was on vacation), started work on Monday and were totally finished by Thursday. They communicated well, were responsive to specific comments about accommodating family requests (I have young children), cleaned-up after themselves and were consistent with follow-up and timing. We were very pleased and would recommend.
