This is the second home we have purchased with Jade, and we would never use another agent. Jade is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, friendly, encouraging, and so helpful in a process that can often be overwhelming. Kelly was a fantastic agent to work with! I was moving from out of state for work and had to buy my house remotely after only visiting Knoxville once. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable of the area, accommodating with scheduling FaceTime house showings, and was extremely detailed when conducting them. She also provided great Knoxville recommendations, which I especially appreciated when moving from out of state. I can't speak highly enough of Kelly and my experience buying a house from her!
Joe was amazing! I appreciated his calm, inquisitive nature. He had my back at every turn. Joe was so easy to communicate with and was available always to answer my questions or concerns.
