Kelly was amazing! She has helped two other members of my family buy homes in Knoxville and none of us can say enough good things about her. She is organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and was patient with my budget limitations and particular tastes. She remembered that I was interested in one of the first home listings I showed her as an example when it came back on the market, and I ended up buying it! She was a huge help throughout the entire process.
This was our first experience with First Neighborhoods Reality and we could not have been Happier. From the first House we looked at until the house that we decided to purchase, loosing a couple in the middle, Matt was the Best!! Very Patient and professional. This is the second home we have purchased with Jade, and we would never use another agent. Jade is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, friendly, encouraging, and so helpful in a process that can often be overwhelming. Kelly was a fantastic agent to work with! I was moving from out of state for work and had to buy my house remotely after only visiting Knoxville once. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable of the area, accommodating with scheduling FaceTime house showings, and was extremely detailed when conducting them. She also provided great Knoxville recommendations, which I especially appreciated when moving from out of state. I can't speak highly enough of Kelly and my experience buying a house from her!
