I came in looking at one car, but Toby showed me something that was not only better, but newer and with less miles. He and the manager dd everything they could to make sure that I drove away in something that would work for me, be dependable, and be within my budget. t they took time to show me all of the – I called First National and asked about a rare avenger that was typically hard to find. Came in looking for a new car, left with that AND a great overall experience. Ahmed made the process quick, painless, and enjoyable. The car I wanted was at the Lakewood dealership but I was in Seattle. Ahmed promptly made a call and had the car delivered within a couple of hours. I drove it, loved it, got a good deal and better interest rate than I expected and was on my way within about 90 minutes. Come see these guys for a great car buying experience.
The buying process went smooth. Carlos (sales associate) had the greatest attitude/ customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I will be a returning customer for life!!!
Ahmed was great! Very upfront and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy. He was very informative about the vehicle, and made the buying process fun and easy.
