I haven't shopped for many cars in my life and I've never found it to be a pleasant experience. I stopped at a few other dealerships on Aurora, and I was hating the whole idea of car shopping. But at First National, I was helped right away by Ahmed, who let me tell him what I was looking for and didn't try to steer me in another direction.
I tested out a number of cars in my price range, and when I had an idea of which one I liked and wanted to learn more about, I was taken through all the info they had access to--carfax, blue book value, vehicle maintenance history, even the auction info for the purchase at First National, I feel really good about the price we agreed to.
worst place ever. Do not understand customer service. disaster. Not even worth the time to detail all the mishaps. all they want is your money, then they refuse to help thereafter. I bought a car from them 5 weeks ago, first i had to replace the tires, then check engine light came on a week later, i had to spend $600 in tune up, now the transmission acting up, i know i bought it used but its 2006 and i paid over $10,000. they never return calls and will never do anything to help, save your money and go somewhere else. i am c... read more
buying our trailblazer – my wife and I had a great experince buying our suv with these guys. they got us a bumper to bumper warranty and billy the owner is awesome.
