A shady company — they lure customers with attractive deals, but after running a credit check, they come back with a different offer, claiming the original deal no longer exists. This is highly unethical behavior. Stay away from Brian Parker; he is not suitable for working in a regulated industry.

Doug Emerson has brokered two mortgages for me. The first in 2015 lowering my rate from 4.75% to 3.75% and the second in December of 2021 reducing my rate to 2.75% (with a cash-out)! If I or anyone I know is looking for a mortgage, I contact Doug.
