I got my original loan back in March with Think Home Loans, and I just completed a refinance with a great rate! Michelle helped me with my original and my refinance. She is prompt to respond and confidently guides me through the process. I would highly recommend!!!
A shady company — they lure customers with attractive deals, but after running a credit check, they come back with a different offer, claiming the original deal no longer exists. This is highly unethical behavior. Stay away from Brian Parker; he is not suitable for working in a regulated industry. Edit: I will never work with cheaters like you. I understand offers changes but why did Brain run my credit report knowing the promised offer doesn’t exists?
We worked with Dathan from Think Home Loans to buy our home. I cannot express enough how wonderful he and his team were to work with. He explained things, walked us through some sticky situations with our specific situation, involving lots of issues on the seller side, and he supported us through all of it as well. He and Crystal were absolutely rock stars and they are hands down THE thing that got us through this. If I could rate this team 5 Stars 100 times, I would to it in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend them enough.
