First National Bank acquired my account at Metro Bank, a bank I was quite happy with. There was only a small balance left as I had moved away and planned to close it. A recurring charge was posted to the account which overdrew it. I got the charge reversed as soon as I found out about it, but FNB refused to waive any charges or to close the account, resulting in another recurring charge being recorded days later in spite of the fact I had asked that any future charges be refused.
