Had a service free account at metro that was bout out by FNB I had .35 on the account and in less than a month I owed them over $25. Close your account ASAP. P.S. They refused to close my account until I paid them
Tried to get an explanation for the last 2 weeks as to the escrow shortage payment I was billed. Given the run around time and again because no one would answer questions, kept telling me that, "They'd get back to me". Made the payment because I don't want the higher mortgage payment, but still want an explanation. My girlfriend opened an account at FNB almost 2 months ago and has had mulitple fraudulent charges on her card. A purchase happened in Farrell at some bogus business that FNB can't even identify while we were in downtown Sharon. 2 incidents happened today... We've tried getting help from the branch manager in Sharon and hes done nothing but sit there and bullshit us saying he'll get it all worked out. Thanks for nothing. What a shitty fucking bank. I'm sick of FNB online updates. It seems every weekend the system is down for online upgrades.. Then when it does finally come back up 3 hours after the time given, it has more glitches than the Apple Iphone updates. it's now been 3 days and it is still not up and running. maybe it's time for a new bank. this one is getting to big for it's britches.
All I can say is that I wish I could give less than one star.

Probably not the best idea to take down the mobile app, online banking and customer service number all at once just because you acquired a new bank. Just sayin...not the best customer service for your existing members.
