I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service I received was poor, and the results did not meet basic expectations. I had a bad experience at the nail shop across the street on Decatur, but I’m so glad I decided to drive over to FIRST NAILZ instead. From the moment I walked in, I received the best customer service experience all thanks to the manager, Andy. He greeted me right away and made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming.
