I called to asked how much they charged for a fill in he said 50 dollars I said ok I’m on my way thank you when I get there he asked do I have an appointment and I said I just called and I told you I was on my way he said by appointment I would have gave them no stars he could have said that over the phone.
I came in today to get Gel-X done. Andy was my nail tech, I obviously came in with nails on, so he took my nails off. After being here an hour & 30 minutes, he finally started to apply my nails.. He did the first nail, then had to take it off because it was severely crooked. Did my second nail, & had to re-do that nail as well. And again, I’ve been here for an hour & 30 minutes, & after the 2nd nail, Andy says- I’m sorry ma’am, I can’t do your nails. I said what do you mean? Ti did my nails. A combination of colors for Black History recognition n a heart for Valentine"s Day.
We called last minute to schedule an appointment for later that evening not expecting for them to have availability but they decided to squeeze my husband & I for a few hours from the call and was super pleased with the professionalism, treatment, and work. My husband kept raving about how amazing his pedicure was and how thorough the lady was getting all the extra skin.
