This bank robbed me of over $2500 Do not bank here
After 'the merge' I can't log in even using their custom password instructions from email. I gave up after waiting on hold for two hours. Either they only have 3 employees, or 10,000 people are calling every minute. They need to hire more employees, clearly. I also called this branch several times and no answer. But you have to admit, listening to that repeated robot speech for two hours is really nice, (sarcasm). "the FAQ can answer most of your questions on our website". HORRIBLE!!! AUTOMATED DOESNT WORK! EMPLOYEES HAVE NO INFORMATION! STARTING NOT TO TRUST THEM!! NO ONE CAN GET AMY INFO ON WHATS GOING ON WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS! HORRIBLE!!
Nice workers in person, but absolutely zero phone support. I had an account issue using the website so I tried calling several times, waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time, tried multiple branches, but I got nothing other than the annoying repetitive hold music and useless advertisements. No one ever answers the phone or their phone system is broken.
Heather Beebe is a loan officer at this location and she is ABSOLUTELY fabulous! I recently had the pleasure of having her as my loan officer during a recent refinance experience and will recommend her to anyone I can. As someone who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years , I have never met a loan officer who is so passionate about her profession.
