Of all the places I've ever gotten my oil changed, this shop is the most superior, by far. Every single time I've been here, I have received nothing short of phenomenal customer service. I have never been pushed to buy anything extra nor had something pointed out that scares me into buying something that I don't need. I live in Buena Vista and there are several closer shops I could go to, however the service and staff are what keep me coming back. I leave early from work just to get here in time! 10/10 would recommend.
Just had my oil changed by these guys and had a Great Experience!!! There was no up selling!!! They answered all my questions and it only took about 15 minutes. Will be back for my next oil change!!!
My husband got my oil changed there and although he is very picky, he was very impressed by the service he received. He wants us to take my vehicle there every time.

Love driving in to the bay and having no fear that because I’m a single woman I’m gonna get lied to, conned into services my car doesn’t need, or sold bogus products! I’m so grateful for Dan and the rest of the guys for always taking care of my cars and understanding that some things can wait, giving me a heads up on what I need to prepare for in the next season! Not to mention taking the time to explain things i don’t understand so I know more about what’s going on with my car! Thanks for having my back!
