I was originally placed with Ace as my midwife back in September 2025. I had called the office one day to speak with our midwife about some concerns I had and never received a call back or check in until the following month, in which wasn’t even a call regarding my concerns. She also didn’t seem interested in how I wanted to handle my birth (this was my second so I definitely knew what I did and didn’t want). Amazing midwives! So thankful to have their care during both my pregnancies.
Excellent care, very personalized, responsive and caring group
Called me, we talked, said she may have room as someone just dropped out late in their pregnancy. Emailed me two weeks later a generic email about being put on waiting list and completely disregarding our prior conversation. Unfortunately Kamloops is lacking caring and competent midwive care and a shortage of Obstetricians.
