I keep getting non stop calls from these idiots. I keep telling them I take me off their call list and they still continue to call. It looks like I will have to take legal action for harassment. They may be a good company to go through for mortgages or whatever but they call two sometimes three times a day. While I’m sleeping or while I’m working. They are scammers who continuously call your phone but refuse to actually answer any questions or provide help. Have been calling me NONSTOP for weeks, about 5-8 calls a day. I have asked them to stop but they refuse, very unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars then that would have been my rating. Don’t waste your time.
Initially gave a poor review because I’ve been receiving cold calls from someone (now clearly a scam) using the same business name to get me to apply for a loan “I’m pre-approved for”. Was contacted promptly by the owner to clarify the calls were not from First Liberty, and as an additional courtesy they confirmed I’m not in their system with a loan application or with my information.
