Update after owner response: I did arrive early because my mom had a 4:30 appointment, but my appointment was scheduled for 4:45. I wasn’t taken until around 5:15, which is about 30 minutes after my actual appointment time and I did not even include these 15 minutes of waiting in my original review because I don’t want to pick a fight I just want to make the unprofessionalism clear.
