I had a small issue and the office got me in right away. Dr.Flanagan and staff spend a lot of time with every patient and I really appreciate their efforts.

Very accommodating, very attentive to details, keep you informed about recommendations and what they are doing, very friendly. Also, they had identified a service they felt I needed and so I paid for it. Then on their own, they decided I didn't need that service so they provided me a refund of the monies I had paid for the service. I appreciated the honesty!
